From the moment we walked in the door we felt welcomed. Our service was great and our server (Zachary) was top notch. We started off with a couple of drinks. My wife had a glass of wine and I had an old fashioned. The wine was great, the old fashionable was a little weak but still acceptable. We ordered sweet heat of Italy. The dish had Italian sausage, peppers, pasta sauce, and penne pasta. The dish was hot, flavorful and plenty of it. We thank Tivoli's and their staff we will be back. Damn, yes we had the ice cream too Yummy! The restaurant is not the most up to date, but everything else makes up for it and we felt at home. Clean, good food, good service what else do you want. Give Tivoli's a try and let me know what you thought and don't forget to post a review.

We went for the Thanksgiving Day dinner on Thursday, 11/28/2024. The place was packed but I understand why. Our server was Robert L and he was excellent. The food was delicious with large portions. Despite the dining room being very crowded, it appeared that the restaurant was being managed very well as far as being seated, waited on in a timely manner and used plates being picked up. We are already planning on returning for their Christmas dinner. We were very impressed!

We arrived after the lunch crowd and were seated within minutes of entering the restaurant. We were greeted by our server who was quick to bring us our beverages, including the pictured bloody Mary. The only issue we had the entire time was when the couple sat in the booth behind us, I felt like I might be going for a bit of a roller coaster ride as she was pushing against the back of the booth, which was also against my back. Now the important part: The staff all were pleasant and helpful. The open face pot roast sandwich served on marble rye (with scratch mashed potatoes and gravy) was extremely good as well as the fried cod. The french fries and coleslaw were just as good and all appeared to be made from scratch. We will definitely be back in the future!

Went to Tivoli Gardens in Surprise, AZ. The server, Priscilla, was great---friendly, efficient, and just plain nice. The food was excellent. My wife had pot roast, and I had baked chicken with rice. Both were awesome. These meals are summer specials for $9.00!

Food was delicious and service was even better! We visited with a large party for a birthday and we couldn't have picked a better place. Something on the menu for everyone and each dish looked and tasted fantastic. Will definitely return!! Best fries I have ever had.

I'm a little older and I'm not looking for trendy or fashionable in a breakfast place. This friendly mom and pop restaurant really fits the bill. Tivoli Gardens has nice acoustics so you can have a conversation as you dine. The place is huge and well staffed so you get seated and served in a timely fashion. The service is fantastic the waitstaff orders and brings your food so there's no confusion over who ordered what. The coffee is included in the reasonably priced breakfast and they leave the pot. My over easy eggs were actually cooked over easy. I keep coming back to this place. It is my go to when we have company. I can trust we will have a great breakfast, a pleasant atmosphere, and at a good price. They can also accommodate large groups of guests.

This is actually the culmination of 2 trips to the garden. Us and some friends couldn't help but wonder why, although we had never heard anything about this place that every time we drove by the parking lot was full. So we took it upon ourselves to find out why. 4 of us decided to give it a try on a Friday evening. And we were not disappointed. As it was Friday, 3 of us chose the Fish n Chip special while my beautiful bride decided on the pot roast. Everyone was happy with their choice. We were so happy about our dinner that wife and I went back for Sunday breakfast. And again we were very satisfied with our choices. Wife chose the hamburger omelette mostly because she had never seen one on a menu before. I went to my go to any time I have breakfast somewhere new, biscuits n gravy, over easy eggs on top, side of sausage. In all the BnG I've eaten over time, this ranked well. All that being said, what gets this place to 5 stars is the service! Everyone is friendly, fun, helpful, and attentive. And they seem to want to be there which is a plus. As the menu is large and diverse, we intend to return to try other things. The Italian selections have caught my eye!
